I believe we all have an incredible potential within us that is the latent expression of the union of Heaven and Earth. You as a human being are a multidimensional being which functions at 3 different levels of existence: Body, Soul and Spirit. You interact with these 3 levels of existence through 3 spheres of Consciousness: Conscious, Subconscious, Superconscious.

The Conscious Sphere is the part of our consciousness directly related to our activities when we are awake. It is our world of action, where things are happening now. Working positively on this sphere can be accomplished by acting intelligently and strategically upon your decisions. For example: applying techniques that will help you to see the reality you want to create anywhere you go is an easy way to work with your conscious sphere while permeating your subconscious sphere with new patterns of love, kindness and new perceptions of success so that you can easily manifest more into your life. This sphere also includes physical wellbeing and every day acts to acknowledge your Power, Self Confidence and Love towards Yourself and Others.
The Subconscious Sphere (which also includes the Unconscious) is that part of your consciousness that works as a storehouse of all your experiences and where all your behavioral and thinking patterns are registered. It is where we experience our dreams and where our inner thoughts and moods find ground to manifest in within ourselves with direct effects on our lives. Working on this sphere includes your intention to reform your thought patterns that are blocking the manifestation of your new chosen life. Mind work is essential. This means that you should reprogram your mind with positive affirmations regarding a new positive, beautiful and loving reality. It also means that you are going to learn a great number of methods and techniques to become a master of your own mind.
The Superconscious Sphere is that part of your consciousness that manifests in the Universe. Your Superconscious is the consciousness of the Higher You, your higher manifestation, the expression of your greater potential. This is where all the possible information needed for your life can be found instantly. It is the still small voice within. If you live guided by your Superconscious sphere you will start living your true purpose in life, gain a much greater happiness while expressing your full human potential. To work properly with this sphere you need to learn techniques that will make you connect with this level of your consciousness that most people ignore. Techniques that trigger this sphere can vary from easy to advanced.
When these 3 spheres are harmoniously directed together towards your goal, success is certain!
To effectively bring changes into your life there is much need of a deeper understanding and a correct self-analysis. Then you need the right methods, highly grounded and practical, but also mystical techniques, to move forward in the direction needed, be it your own personal goal, or a higher development towards clarity, peace and fulfillment.
The Universal life unites with your own everyday life at any moment, and the best way to make conscious and effective progress is to cooperate with the Universal life, speaking to the Universe with the unique language it is using to manifest your life itself.
Through the use and understanding of particular symbols as they manifest into your life, it is possible to make a strategic plan towards your highest fulfillment.

Various Coaching models and approaches are used as I follow my intuitive guidance towards I feel is right. Usually my role is that of helping you to discover your own resources allowing you to find your own answers. Obviously, insights are given, but it is you who ultimately is in charge, all the time.
